'Using Your Laptop' with Rick Ladds
The course runs for four Tuesday afternoons in the Victoria Hall, Cromarty from 1pm-4pm and is FREE to all. Please ring Estelle Ellwood on 0701 741 7754 to register for a place on the course.

The course will cover
* Basic computing
* Using the internet safely and securely
* Introduction to digital photography
* Tips on how to communicate with family and friends via email
* Find out how to do your shopping on line, book a holiday, pay your bills, manage your banking

You are encouraged to bring your own laptop to these courses, but laptops will be available if required.

Gaelic class

Gaelic Conversation Classes with Ruairidh Mackay

Gaelic conversation classes will be starting Tuesday, March 9th from 7pm-8.30pm at the Cromarty Training Centre (Old Brewery. Cost is £3 per class.

Ruairidh will teach you everything from how to greet one another, to place names, the time, how to order in a restaurant to hobbies and interests. The class will end with a fun quiz or game to see how much you have learned. The classes are open to all adults from complete beginners to those who want to brush up on an old skill.

Ruairidh was born and raised in Inverness and currently works for UHI and has taught Gaelic for over 12 years.

The classes will run for 6 weeks: the 9th, 16th and 23rd March, with a break for Easter, and continue on the 13th, 20th and 27th April. Booking in advance is highly recommended.

If you've always wanted to converse in Gaelic well now's your chance!

Lent study

The Tuesday mid-week Eucharist at St Regulus Church will be followed by a five-session
Lent discussion series on 'Living the Life of Hospitality'. The Eucharist service begins at 7.30pm with the discussion to start at 8.15pm. Tonight's meeting will be at the home of Ken and Kristina Dupar, The Old Manse, Causeway.
