Chairwoman’s Report Anne distributed copies of her report to the Committee and read through the contents .She reflected upon the many achievements of the Committee during her year as Chair and highlighted some key projects which had been undertaken in this period. She thanked all the Councillors for their hard work and dedication over the year. Anne also thanked Andy Young for his role on the Committee and wished him well for the future on behalf of the Committee .All Councillors thanked Anne for her commitment to the role during the year. |

Treasurer’s Report |

Viv distributed copies of the Treasurer’s Annual Report and copies of the audited Annual Report and Accounts to the Committee. There were no issues arising. |

Anne thanked Viv for her work as Treasurer and it was noted that the Auditor had commented that this was the best set of accounts he had seen from the Community Council in 14 years |

It was agreed that a bottle of malt would be given to the Auditor in thanks. |
