Owners of Cromarty businesses (and prospective entrepreneurs) took part in a four-hour 'Tourism Open Day" today. By inspecting each others' premises and exchanging information on services, opening times and charges, they hope to be better informed on the range of attractions that Cromarty offers to holidaymakers. Shopkeepers, B&B and restaurant owners can help each other in promoting Cromarty (as well as provide answers to the inevitable questions of "Where can I get a cup of tea?" and "Where is the nearest toilet?")
Anyone interested in further details on this exchange of information for Cromarty visitors should contact Caroline Vawdrey, Vivienne Plampton or Jane Clunas.
