Queen Elizabeth sails into the Cromarty Firth

Cunard's newest luxury liner, the Queen Elizabeth, sailed into the Cromarty Firth this morning on her maiden visit to Invergordon. The AIDAluna is also docked at Invergordon today.

With more than 4000 passengers from the two ships, the dockside will be buzzing! The Invergordon Tourism Alliance and Cruise Highlands Ltd will be on hand to extend a traditional Highland welcome, offering port-based activities in the Natal Gardens and excursions to Loch Ness, Dunrobin, Culloden, Cawdor Castle and Glenmorangie Distillery.

The Queen Elizabeth is the 41st cruise ship to call at Invergordon since April. Four more are scheduled to call before the season ends on 18 September.
