Queen Mary 2 leaves Cromarty Firth in sunshine

After an early morning arrival in a misty Cromarty Firth, the Queen Mary 2 sailed through the Sutors in evening sunshine. Her next port of call is Stravanger.

Some of the 2553 passengers could be seen walking about Cromarty in the late morning, while other excursions went to Loch Ness, Inverness, Dunrobin Castle, Glenmorangie Distillery and Royal Dornoch.
