A welcome stop for refreshments

Once again, the sun broke through just in time for the Cromarty Primary School Parent Council sponsored walk this afternoon. After walking from the school along Shore Street and back along Church Street and the High Street and through Townlands Park, the children stopped at Sutor Creek for a welcome cold drink and hot pizza.

In honour of National Smile Month the theme this year was 'Bright and Cheery'. Jamie Kelly won the prize for 'all-weather' costume. This is the Parent Council's main fundraiser with money going towards supporting the school's trips to the Aquadome, music and sporting events.
