Candlelight carols in St Regulus' Church

The lights from the Highland Hospice 'Light up the Highlands' Christmas tree and dozens of candles provided the illumination for the popular 'Carols by Candlelight' service this evening in St Regulus' Church. A full-to-capacity congregation enjoyed music provided by the Cromarty Christmas Choir and soloists Edward Caswell and Miranda Evans. The singers were led by Simon Evans and Edward Caswell. Bishop Mark Strange gave a short address and pronounced the final blessing.

The West Church will hold a Christmas Eve service starting with carol singing at 11.15pm and ending with refreshments just after midnight.

A Christmas day service of eucharist and carols will be held on Thursday, 25 December at 9.45am in St Regulus' Church.
