Cromarty prepared to use defibrillators

On Monday and Tuesday evenings over 80 local people attended emergency life support (ELS) training sessions provided by the Skye team of Lucky2BHere. Fundraising and donations by the Fire Brigade, Harbour Trust and Cromarty Arms customers provided the major portion of the cheque for £3669.28 that was presented to the charity.

Cromarty's three defibrillator units will be located at the Victoria Hall, the Fire Station and Cromarty Arms.

Thanks go to Wanda Mackay, Fraser Thomson and Vicky Benjamin for organising the sessions and refreshments.
