This afternoon Fyrish (better known as Cromarty residents Marjorie Paterson and David Cowan) provided three of the 26 performances enjoyed by visitors to the fifth annual Gluren bij de Buren (Peeking in on the Neighbours).
Nine venues opened their doors to performers of music, song and the spoken word. Although most were private residences — including some new venues — the Old Brewery (for Sellers and Prices' 'Unexpected items in the gagging area') and St Regulus' Church (for Fyrish) also proved ideal settings.
This ever-popular event organised by Jon and Emmy Palmer of the Cheese House "is a celebration of the delightful homes and many talents to be found in Cromarty and the surrounding area."
