Mindfulness Group
Meets on Monday evening in the East Church Hall between 7.30–9.30pm. We follow the teachings on Engaged Buddhism of Thich Nhat Hanh.
We do mindful sitting, walking, speaking and listening then have an optional cup of tea and discussioWe have quarterly days of mindfulness in various parts of the Highlands. All welcome whether you are new to Mindfulness or not, practice any religion or none.
